My multi-surface cleaner, in two minutes
A spoonful of black soap, a spoonful of washing soda, 250 ml of water. The shortest recipe on the site.
Two ingredients, two containers, one spray. This is the recipe to know by heart for everyday cleaning of washable surfaces.
What you need
- 1 teaspoon of black soap
- 1 teaspoon of washing soda
- 250 ml of lukewarm water
- 5 drops of eucalyptus essential oil
The method
In a first container, dissolve the spoonful of washing soda in the 250 ml of lukewarm water.
In a second one, mix the black soap with the drops of essential oil.
Pour both mixtures into a spray bottle and shake.
Spray, scrub with a sponge, leave to act for five minutes, then rinse.
Gloves recommended
Washing soda irritates the skin and eyes, far more than baking soda, which it is often confused with. Wear gloves while making the spray and store the bottle out of reach of children.
Do not use it on aluminium, or on untreated or waxed wood.
